I have now started a new phase of my life. Unlike many of my good friends who have moved away to go to college, i have opted to stay home and go to the under appreciated USC "University of Saddleback College". I know I know we have all seen the movies where the guy who stays home and goes to college ends up being a mama's boy, is generally fat, lazy, plays video games in his basement, and has no friends. I swear on anything that i have of value (my Mac) that i will not become a sterotypical stay at home student. Anyway im getting off topic.
My first day of class was a little nerve racking. My first class was meteorology. When i first walked into the class my first thoughts were "Sweet nice chairs". Seriously these chairs are comfy. Anyway my Proffesor is in his mid 50's and he is kinda crazed. He is obsessed with Hurricanes. It is understandable, but in the next 4 days of class we would watch, study, and talk about upcoming hurricanes. Still havnt done any actual work.
Anyway off to my second class Philosophy. This class is all the way across campus. If you dont believe me ask Blake. Not only that but i have only 1o minutes to get there. Well i got there only a little late, and i walked in and this classroom was huge. It could sit probably 80 students if it had to. Anyway in the next hour and a half i would find out that my Proffesor Mrs. Agnew had launched her brain into orbit around Jupiter she had never saw fit to bring it back. I mean she is completely wierd. She dresses like a gypsy, plays "relaxing yet stimulating" music, and speaks into a microphone. I guess this is all part of the college experience right? And i guess it is to be expected of a philosophy teacher.
The next class i had was Political Science. First off i had to walk all the way back across campus again under 10 minutes. After I had accomplished that i found my class. The Proffesor a man in his 40's and as many of the student that have had him before, "the mad black guy" is pretty much the sanest teacher i have. He might have some crazy humor, but he has sound politcal knowledge, and seems to know every side of the argument. We shall see how that class goes.
Thats the end of my day. The rest of my classes i take at home. :) Those dont need to be talked about. Well anyway that was my first impression of my new life at college. Im off to do nothing for about another hour, then i shall probably clean my room.
Untill next time,
James
Welcome
Hey everyone! Thanks for stopping by. Originally this blog was the videos that i shot and edited. Now however, it is a mix of videos, thoughts, ideas, and pure randomness. Enjoy.

i like the new format. You picked a really good time to start following meteorology, hurricane season.
Can't wait to hear more about your Philosophy Class!
